Short description of project activities:

Identification of genes implicated in tolerance of Bank Vole (Myodes glareolus) to Puumala hantivirus by genome scan approach. We will use RAD-Seq to identify and genotype thousands of loci for populations on endemic and non endemic areas for PUUV.

Main skills:

Population genetics, genome scan, high throughput sequencing, RAD-sequencing, detection of selection.
